All In 1 Insurance offers Health Insurance. Health Insurance is often overlooked until a major health concern or problem arises. If health insurance is purchased before a major medical problem, it can be more affordable for you and your family. We offer rates through respectable health insurers. Below we have a chart of our general rates for healthy individuals. We have other plans available as well. 2007 Monthly Rates by Age Category (Individual Plan)
for Plan Year January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007*

* Rates are subject to change upon 60 days prior notice. Monthly premium rates will also change during the year should a member have a birthday that puts them into a higher Age Category.

** A child enrolled in the child-only version of the Individual Plan, called the Dependent Plan, without an adult subscriber (parent or guardian) must be 3 months of age or older, A dependent child enrolled in the Individual Plan with an adult subscriber is covered from birth.

*** Dependent child enrolling on a parent's policy who is 18 though 22 years of age, and is a full-time student, receives a rate of $75 as a member or $95 as an Arizona Provider network member. Full-time student status must be maintained.

**** Must not be eligible for Medicare.
